Looking for some creative ways to use your advertising dollars and promote your store? Look no further! Ganesh Himal Trading has wonderful customizable products that are promotional for you and functional for your customers! 

 

Over the years we have done many special designs at the request of customers and we’re convinced that now we are ready to make them more widely available. Here are just a few of the options. Watch for more in newsletters to come or give us a call and we can discuss other options with you.

 

If there is something special you would like us to make, just remember:

• there is always a minimum order (it takes time to develop a new design)
• these are always made just for you so you’ll be responsible for purchasing them
• we need 8 -12 weeks advance notice to get them made and shipped from Nepal

 

CUSTOM COTTON SILK SCREENED TOTE BAGS

 

Our most popular custom item has been our larger cotton tote bag. Sofie from Global Heart has been ordering them for years (you can see her bag below). We’ve done bags for many other stores and have even done one for a CSA! These are a great customer appreciation gift and a great way to use your advertising dollars as they will advertise your store for years to come!

The best selling tote bag is 18 wide X 18 tall X 2.75 inches deep and has two reinforced 30 inch straps (which you can color coordinate with your logo).  They are sturdy but light enough to roll up and put in your purse or a carry on. 

 

The pricing of these bags varies and depends on:

• your logo and the amount of ink required 
• if you want black and white or multicolor (each color adds to the price)
• if you want the bags printed on both sides

Also it’s good to know:

• there is an $18 one time screen charge for each side and
• there is a 100 bag minimum order

 

The process for ordering is pretty simple for you. You just send us your logo and text as you want it displayed in adobe or jpeg format and I submit it to ACP for a quote. Then we discuss the quote with you and make any changes (you might want to change from black and white to color or…) Once we confirm the price with you, we place the order and the bags are made and shipped with the next possible shipment. Reordering is simple from then on but requires 100 bag minimum to make it worth their while.

 

Below you can see the Made By Hand bag we just did in January. This is two color with matching turquoise handles printed on only one side. The price for this bag came out to be $7.25 a bag with one $18 screen charge.

The final bonus about these bags is they are made by our fair trade partners in Nepal at The Association of Craft Producers. ACP is a fair trade organization that provides design, marketing, management, and technical services to low income, predominantly women, Nepalese craft producers and is one of our longest standing partners. Right now their orders have been hard hit by the pandemic so we’re trying to generate as much work for them as possible.

If you want another fun option, custom dryer balls have been very popular! Give us a relatively simple logo or design that can be needle felted clearly in a 3X3 inch space and we can make these for you! Global Heart helped us design a heart dryer ball set for her store  and they are wonderful. There is a minimum of 50 sets for custom designs but once you have placed your initial order you can order any quantity you want after that (allowing 8-12 weeks for delivery). If you don’t want your design to be exclusive and the design works for our general sales we may even carry it in stock (like we have with the Just Fare and Global Heart dryer balls below).

CUSTOM COLORED BALL GARLANDS:

Another fun option that many of you have been asking about are custom colored ball garlands! These we can easily do and we’ve included a color chart below to guide you. Of course we can do any color in our existing garlands as well (like the new green white garland). We just require a 30 strand minimum and a 3 color maximum. The price for these garlands will be the same for our other garlands but remember we won’t stock these colors so if you want more you will need to give us 8-12 weeks advance notice. Do your local sports teams colors or your favorite holiday combination the options are endless!
